Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Management (BRM) are two approaches to increasing business effectiveness and efficiency through integration with technology. These approaches are complementary and can lead to most benefit when applied together. In [ipt], we have experience in implementing and integrating IT-systems based on the concepts, methods and technologies under the larger BPM / BRM umbrella.
